Abstract

Experiments on random-bred white male rats have demonstrated the activation of induced lipid peroxidation in red cell membranes, elevation on the basal level of plasma lipid peroxides, a decrease in the content of alpha-tocopherol in plasma and red blood cell membranes, considerable shifts in the content of esterified and free cholesterol in plasma and red blood cell membranes under prolonged acoustic stress (91 dB). Administration of alpha-tocopheryl acetate in a dose of 1 mg/kg exerted a beneficial effect on the test parameters under prolonged acoustic stress.

对随机繁殖的白色雄性大鼠进行的实验表明,在长时间声学应激(91分贝)下,红细胞膜中诱导性脂质过氧化被激活,血浆脂质过氧化物的基础水平升高,血浆和红细胞膜中α-生育酚含量降低,血浆和红细胞膜中酯化胆固醇和游离胆固醇的含量发生显著变化。以1毫克/千克的剂量给予醋酸α-生育酚对长时间声学应激下的测试参数产生了有益影响。
