Hyperglycemia is one of the most common complications women encounter during pregnancy, and is associated with a higher incidence of short- and long-term health risks for both the mother and offspring. In 2022, the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Committee of the Chinese Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Chinese Medicine Association, worked with the Chinese Society of Perinatal Medicine and the Professional Committee of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus of the Chinese Maternal and Child Health Association to update the Guidelines for the diagnosis and management of hyperglycemia in pregnancy in China. The aim was to further standardize the management of hyperglycemia in pregnancy from the aspects of screening, diagnosis, monitoring, treatment, and prevention of gestational diabetes mellitus, and consequently to further improve the health of mother and child.
高血糖是女性在孕期最常见的并发症之一，并且与母亲和后代出现短期及长期健康风险的较高发生率相关。2022年，中华医学会妇产科学分会母胎医学专业委员会联合中华围产医学分会以及中国妇幼保健协会妊娠期糖尿病专业委员会，对《中国妊娠合并糖尿病诊治指南》进行更新。目的是从妊娠期糖尿病的筛查、诊断、监测、治疗及预防等方面进一步规范孕期高血糖的管理，从而进一步改善母婴健康。
