About two observations of volvulus of the right colon on common mesenterium which is a rare affection, the authors remind the clinical latency of this disease and the diagnosis difficulty which bring patient to be almost operated lately. Authors insist on the interest of the prevention and recommend radical surgery as a treatment of choice.
