Abstract

The medial collateral ligament is the most common knee ligament to be injured. Although mostly treated nonoperatively, a distal tear of the ligament is a clear indication for surgery. High failure rates with unreliable fixation methods have largely made knee surgeons reluctant to perform ligament repairs. Here, we propose a repair technique that uses the periosteal cambium layer to achieve surface contact healing, instead of point contact fixation, and combine mechanical fixation with regenerative enhancement.

内侧副韧带是膝关节最常受伤的韧带。虽然大多采用非手术治疗,但韧带远端撕裂是明确的手术指征。由于固定方法不可靠导致高失败率,这在很大程度上使膝关节外科医生不愿进行韧带修复。在此,我们提出一种修复技术,该技术利用骨膜生发层实现表面接触愈合,而非点接触固定,并将机械固定与促进再生相结合。
