Abstract

A 76-year-old man with extensive disease small cell lung cancer underwent airway stenting for right bronchus intermedius stenosis. The stent self-expectorated after initiating chemoimmunotherapy due to tumour shrinkage. Clinicians should be aware of the possibility of stent migration in malignant central airway obstruction patients who respond to chemotherapy.

一名患有广泛期小细胞肺癌的76岁男性因右中间支气管狭窄接受了气道支架置入术。由于肿瘤缩小，在开始化疗免疫治疗后支架自行咳出。临床医生应意识到，对化疗有反应的恶性中央气道阻塞患者存在支架移位的可能性。
