[Subarachnoid hemorrhage in neoplasms of the posterior cranial fossa. Description of 2 cases].

The authors report on two cases of posterior cranial fossa tumours in which subarachnoid haemorrhage was the presenting sign. In both cases no evident focal signs were found which could suggest the presence of a space occupying intracranial lesion.
