Abstract

Shotgun metagenomics revealed distinct microbiome profiles in the garden soils of Dhaka and Gazipur district, Bangladesh, with spp. demonstrating ecological dominance (>53% relative abundance) and location-specific distribution patterns. These findings highlight species as prevalent microbes in urban garden soils.
