Abstract
On the basis of personal clinical experience and literature data the authors show the necessity to formulate indications for transfusion therapy and its prognosis not by nosological but by pathogenetic principle, i. e. in relation to pathophysiological changes in the patient, similar in different diseases and traumas.

基于个人临床经验和文献资料，作者指出有必要根据发病机制而非疾病分类学来制定输血治疗的适应症及其预后，也就是说，要根据患者的病理生理变化来制定，这些变化在不同疾病和创伤中是相似的。
