Abstract
Endochondral pseudocysts of the pinna are rare intracartilaginous fluid-filled spaces of unknown origin. We present the case of a 10-year-old boy with two auricular pseudocysts occurring on either side of the cartilaginous lamina. Paired surgical deroofing took place, seeking a balance between definitive cure and sufficient tissue support.

耳廓软骨内假囊肿是罕见的、起源不明的软骨内充满液体的腔隙。我们报告一例10岁男孩的病例，其软骨板两侧出现两个耳廓假囊肿。进行了双侧手术去顶，力求在彻底治愈和足够的组织支撑之间取得平衡。
