Abstract
According to X-ray crystallographic analysis of 46 globular proteins the probability of dipeptides frequency in alpha-helical beta-sheet and random coil conformations has been studied on the basis of which the maps of preferentially conformational state of dipeptide in different elements of secondary structure of proteins have been obtained.
