Abstract
This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the effects of mesh (biological and synthetic) in immediate prosthetic (implant or expander) prepectoral breast reconstruction following mastectomy for women with breast cancer or breast cancer risk-reduction surgery.
