Abstract
We report the draft genome sequence of a carbapenem-resistant serovar Typhimurium strain isolated from a fecal sample. The strain harbors the carbapenemase gene . The assembled genome consists of 122 contigs, totaling 5,191,762 bp, with a GC content of 51.86%.

我们报告了从一份粪便样本中分离出的一株耐碳青霉烯鼠伤寒血清型菌株的基因组序列草图。该菌株携带碳青霉烯酶基因。组装后的基因组由122个重叠群组成，总计5,191,762 bp，GC含量为51.86%。
