The Authors, after shortly summarizing the evolution in the treatment of knee post-traumatic stiffness , punctualize its indications, and remember Judet's operative technique. Then they show a casuistry of 26 patients checked again at an average interval of 7 years after operation, from which one can understand the goodness of the results obtained, and, above all, their duration through the time.
