Abstract

Leptin regulates energy balance through the brain, yet its key neuronal targets remain unclear. Solheim et al. identify hypothalamic GABAergic PNOC/NPY neurons as mediators of leptin's anorectic effects, advancing our understanding of neurocircuits linking adiposity signals to feeding control.
