Abstract
The combination of meprobamate and diphenhydramine increased tyrosine hydroxylase activity in the rat nucleus locus coeruleus after twice daily injections, whereas neither compound alone had an effect. Increased activity occurred using a variety of medication ratios and absolute doses.

在大鼠蓝斑核中，每日注射两次眠尔通和苯海拉明的组合会增加酪氨酸羟化酶的活性，而单独使用这两种化合物均无此效果。使用多种药物比例和绝对剂量时均出现了活性增加的情况。
