Abstract
Study on 24-hour, 30- and 60-day urine collected from 1500 newborn infants pointed out in some cases an abnormal excretion of some of the 40 urinary metabolites investigated. The analysis of urinary metabolites allows to detect a relation between abnormal excretion of urine metabolites and various types of "inborn errors of metabolism".
摘要
对1500名新生儿采集的24小时、30天和60天尿液样本进行的研究指出，在某些情况下，所检测的40种尿液代谢物中的一些存在异常排泄情况。尿液代谢物分析有助于发现尿液代谢物异常排泄与各种类型的“先天性代谢缺陷”之间的关系。
