We report 4 cases of intratesticular cystic lesions. Three patients had epidermoid cysts and 1 had cystic mature teratoma initially diagnosed as an epidermoid cyst. In all cases an inguinal approach to testicular exploration was used.
我们报告了4例睾丸内囊性病变。3例患者患有表皮样囊肿，1例患有囊性成熟畸胎瘤，最初被诊断为表皮样囊肿。所有病例均采用腹股沟入路进行睾丸探查。
