[Surgical tactics in the treatment of patients with arterial hypertension of adrenal origin].

On the basis of the surgical treatment of 199 patients with different pathological conditions frequently followed by the development of arterial hypertension of the adrenal origin the authors describe specific features and problems of diagnosis of this kind of symptomatic hypertension. All these features and diagnostic problems should be taken into consideration when determining indications for surgery.
