[Pathomorphologic studies on the effect of degenerative changes in the area of the lateral cervical spine and the course of the vertebral artery].

The results of morphological studies of 25 human vertebral columns with respect to degenerative changes in the lateral region of the vertebrae C3 to C7 are submitted. Of particular interest was the influence of these changes on the course of the Arteria vertebralis.
