Case history concerning the combined diagnostically and therapeutically performed management in azoospermia. It is to pointed out that the diagnosis must be the first step; the treatment--especially in case of azoospermia with an expected epididymovasostomy--depends from the results of the diagnosis. Very often this management will not be noticed.
