The investigation on the occurrence of immunological complexes in 20 children with rheumatic fever (RF) and 15 suffering from juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) were carried out. A group of 15 healthy children served as control. The presence of circulating immune complexes was found in 10 out of 20 children with acute RF and in 12 out of 15 children with JRA. The investigation of immune complexes in the third and sixth week of treatment showed decreasing concentration of proteins determined by PEG precipitation method.
对20名风湿热（RF）患儿和15名幼年类风湿性关节炎（JRA）患儿进行了免疫复合物发生情况的调查。选取15名健康儿童作为对照组。在20名急性RF患儿中有10名发现存在循环免疫复合物，在15名JRA患儿中有12名发现存在循环免疫复合物。在治疗的第三周和第六周对免疫复合物进行调查，结果显示采用聚乙二醇沉淀法测定的蛋白质浓度有所下降。
