We presents the first complete mitochondrial genome of (Olivier, 1886) (Coleoptera: Lampyridae: Pyrocoelia), a Chinese endemic firefly. The 17,426 bp circular genome contains 13 PCGs, 23 tRNAs, 2 rRNAs, and a control region with a notable A + T bias (76.91%). Phylogenetic analysis of 12 firefly species using 13 PCGs places basally within its genus. This complete mitochondrial genome provides valuable genetic information for further research on Lampyridae.
我们展示了中华特有萤火虫类（鞘翅目：萤科：窗萤属）窗萤（Olivier，1886）的首个完整线粒体基因组。这个17426bp的环状基因组包含13个蛋白质编码基因、23个转运RNA、2个核糖体RNA以及一个具有显著A+T偏向性（76.91%）的控制区。利用13个蛋白质编码基因对12种萤火虫进行的系统发育分析表明，窗萤在其属内处于基部位置。这个完整的线粒体基因组为萤科的进一步研究提供了有价值的遗传信息。
