Extrafascicular neurolysis of the sciatic was made on 28 children, for a conduction blockade after intra-muscular injection in the buttock. 5 children were not seen again. 18 got a satisfactory motility and sensitivity of the foot. We had five failures, 2 because of a diagnostic error and three by a direct prick of the nerve.

对28名儿童进行了坐骨神经束外松解术，这些儿童因臀部肌肉注射后出现传导阻滞。5名儿童失访。18名儿童足部的运动和感觉恢复情况良好。有5例手术失败，2例是由于诊断错误，3例是由于神经直接被刺伤。
