Imaging plays vital roles in assessing lesion morphology, anatomical localization, and neurological impact, guiding clinical decision-making and therapeutic planning. This review systematically explores spinal lesions based on their anatomical compartments, highlighting key radiological features and providing a comprehensive reference for radiologists.
