Abstract

Exostosis can cause pain when it impinges on nearby nerves or rubs against other bones or overlying skin. Open surgical excision is the treatment of choice but has complication rates as high as 13%. Endoscopic resection of exostosis has the advantage of less postoperative pain, better cosmetic result, and faster recovery compared with traditional open surgery. The purpose of this Technical Note is to describe the details of endoscopic resection of exostosis of the medial femoral condyle.

摘要

骨疣压迫附近神经、与其他骨骼或覆盖皮肤摩擦时会引起疼痛。开放性手术切除是首选治疗方法,但并发症发生率高达13%。与传统开放性手术相比,内镜下骨疣切除术具有术后疼痛较轻、美容效果更好、恢复更快的优点。本技术说明的目的是描述股骨内侧髁骨疣内镜切除的详细过程。
