Abstract

The genus L. 1753 belongs to the family Saxifragaceae. Studying the chloroplast genome of is of great significance for understanding the phylogeny within the group. This study reports the chloroplast genome of , which has a total length of 155,409 bp. The chloroplast genome contains 131 genes. The phylogenetic tree indicates that is not monophyletic and exhibits clear phylogenetic relationships with and . This study not only enriches the genomic data for but also provides valuable data support for evolutionary studies within the Saxifragaceae family.

1753年的L属属于虎耳草科。研究L属的叶绿体基因组对于理解该类群内的系统发育具有重要意义。本研究报道了L属的叶绿体基因组,其全长为155,409碱基对。该叶绿体基因组包含131个基因。系统发育树表明L属不是单系的,并且与其他属表现出明确的系统发育关系。本研究不仅丰富了L属的基因组数据,也为虎耳草科内的进化研究提供了有价值的数据支持。
