Abstract
A case involving a 29-year-old female with aspirin allergy who exhibited osteoid osteoma at the distal phalanx of the hallux is presented. Osteoid osteoma is a relatively rare occurrence in the foot (1). It is a benign bone tumor usually consisting of an oval osteolytic area with a central nidus (2). Pathologic, clinical, and radiographic findings are included.

本文报告了一例29岁阿司匹林过敏女性患者，其拇趾远节趾骨出现骨样骨瘤。骨样骨瘤在足部相对少见（1）。它是一种良性骨肿瘤，通常由一个带有中央瘤巢的椭圆形骨质溶解区组成（2）。文中包含了病理、临床及影像学检查结果。
