Abstract

We report the case of a 36-year-old woman presenting with chronic bilateral flank pain and lower urinary tract symptoms. A CT urography revealed bilateral intravesical ureteroceles with a stone impacted in the right ureterocele, causing grade 3 hydronephrosis. Management consisted of bilateral semicircular ureterocele incisions, Holmium laser vaporization of the impacted stone, and bilateral JJ stent placement. The postoperative course was uneventful, with symptom resolution and normalization of the urinary tract anatomy.

我们报告了一名36岁女性的病例，该患者表现为双侧慢性胁腹疼痛和下尿路症状。CT尿路造影显示双侧膀胱内输尿管囊肿，右侧输尿管囊肿内有结石嵌顿，导致3级肾积水。治疗包括双侧半圆形输尿管囊肿切开术、钬激光汽化嵌顿结石以及双侧置入双J支架。术后过程顺利，症状缓解，尿路解剖结构恢复正常。
