Abstract
We report a patient who aspirated a fragment of plastic/foam rubber after a motor vehicle accident. Pneumonia with granuloma formation became apparent only 4 months after the accident. After removal of the fragment, revealed in the left lower lobe by fiberoptic bronchoscopy, the patient recovered.

我们报告一例机动车事故后吸入塑料/泡沫橡胶碎片的患者。事故发生4个月后，出现伴有肉芽肿形成的肺炎。经纤维支气管镜检查发现碎片位于左下叶，取出碎片后，患者康复。
