The use of the Medina coronary bifurcation classification has led to inaccuracy by mixing non-true with true bifurcation lesions thus making reported outcome data meaningless. The use of the Movahed classification that categorizes all true bifurcation lesions in one simple category B2 lesions could have prevented this flaw.梅迪纳冠状动脉分叉病变分类的使用,通过将非真性分叉病变与真性分叉病变混为一谈,导致了结果不准确,从而使得所报告的结果数据毫无意义。而莫瓦赫德分类法将所有真性分叉病变归为一个简单的B2类病变,本可避免这一缺陷。
