Abstract
Comparative radiologic/pathologic study of 45 newborns with primary and secondary pulmonary hypoplasia. 43 cases were proven at autopsy. From 9 cases with primary pulmonary hypoplasia, 7 could be identified by 3 independent observers. The roentgen criteria of primary pulmonary hypoplasia are evaluated and should serve in the future to clinically diagnose this condition.

45例原发性和继发性肺发育不全新生儿的放射学/病理学对照研究。43例经尸检证实。在9例原发性肺发育不全病例中，3名独立观察者可识别出7例。对原发性肺发育不全的X线标准进行了评估，其将来应有助于临床诊断此病。
