Abstract

Dermoscopy is a precise diagnostic tool for the diagnosis of various dermatoses and skin infestations. It has revolutionized the field of research, connecting dermatology with entomology and creating a novel field of study known as entodermoscopy. It helps in the identification of ticks at various stages of life, thereby reducing the disease burden of various tick-borne diseases. Here, we describe four cases of tick bite infestation to reinforce the utility of dermoscopy for making early and accurate diagnosis and guiding prompt management.

皮肤镜检查是诊断各种皮肤病和皮肤寄生虫感染的精确诊断工具。它彻底改变了研究领域,将皮肤病学与昆虫学联系起来,开创了一个名为昆虫皮肤镜检查的新研究领域。它有助于识别蜱虫在各个生命阶段的情况,从而减轻各种蜱传疾病的疾病负担。在此,我们描述四例蜱虫叮咬感染病例,以强化皮肤镜检查在早期准确诊断及指导及时治疗方面的实用性。
