Abstract

is a common inhabitant of the female urinary tract. Comparative genomics suggests that strains from female urogenital samples are distinct from strains isolated from other anatomical sites. Here, we present three complete and six draft genome assemblies of isolated from urine, vaginal swabs, and a perineal swab.
