In the large number of rheumatic diseases and their often very different types - typical symptomatology is seldom complete - a reliable classification of a particular form of disease is often not easy. The "programmed diagnosis" presented here should be a signpost from the clinical picture, by way of the provisional diagnosis and the necessary diagnostic measures, to the final diagnosis.
在众多的风湿性疾病及其往往差异很大的类型中——典型症状很少是完整的——对某一特定疾病形式进行可靠分类往往并非易事。这里提出的“程序化诊断”应是一个路标，从临床表现出发，经初步诊断和必要的诊断措施，通向最终诊断。
