Abstract

The effects of brain-specific proteins S100 (BSP S100) and their endogenous protein ligands (both cationic and anionic) on the phosphorylation of macromolecular substrates from rat brain and liver were studied. It was shown that BSP S100 significantly affects both the phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of various substrates, depending on BSP S100 endogenous protein ligands.

研究了脑特异性蛋白S100(BSP S100)及其内源性蛋白配体(阳离子和阴离子)对大鼠脑和肝脏中大分子底物磷酸化的影响。结果表明,BSP S100根据其内源性蛋白配体,对各种底物的磷酸化和去磷酸化均有显著影响。
