Abstract
Pacemaker (PM)-lead infection is a significant complication in patients with pacemakers, which can lead to infective endocarditis. Although PM-lead infection is challenging to diagnose due to its diverse clinical presentations, positron emission tomography-computed tomography is a valuable tool for definitive diagnosis.
