The Meyerson's phenomenon is an uncommon reactive process that can be triggered by various cutaneous lesions, including melanocytic nevi, capillary malformations, seborrheic keratoses, dermatofibromas, sebaceous nevi, and scars, among others. Here, we report a rare case of Meyerson's phenomenon induced by molluscum contagiosum in an adult, along with its dermoscopic features and treatment response.
迈耶森现象是一种罕见的反应性过程，可由多种皮肤病变引发，包括黑素细胞痣、毛细血管畸形、脂溢性角化病、皮肤纤维瘤、皮脂腺痣和瘢痕等。在此，我们报告一例成人传染性软疣诱发迈耶森现象的罕见病例，以及其皮肤镜特征和治疗反应。
