CASE
Omphalopagus conjoined twins (OCT) are rare and can present with scoliosis and multiple anomalies of major organs system. Management of scoliosis in OCT has not been reported previously. This report presents a case of mirror-image scoliosis of the thoracic spine in OCT and its conservative and surgical management.
CONCLUSION
The male OCT were surgically separated at age 5 months, and their scoliosis was treated conservatively until age 5 years with casting, followed by magnetically controlled growing rods. Treatment of scoliosis in OCT poses unique challenges and requires a collaborative approach involving a team of experts from various disciplines.

胸腹联体双胎（OCT）罕见，可伴有脊柱侧弯及主要器官系统的多种异常。此前尚未有关于OCT脊柱侧弯治疗的报道。本报告介绍了1例OCT胸椎镜像性脊柱侧弯病例及其保守和手术治疗情况。
结论
这对男性OCT在5个月大时接受了手术分离，其脊柱侧弯在5岁前采用支具保守治疗，之后使用磁控生长棒。OCT脊柱侧弯的治疗面临独特挑战，需要多学科专家团队的协作方法。
