[Physical problems as to standardization and optimization of radiation therapy].

In order to systemize and standardize radiation therapy it is emergent and important to organize radiation therapy in wide regions, which precedes physical, biological and clinical problems. By the way in this paper practical problems, of dose distributions and/or present state of a few radiotherapists--this controls accuracy of radiotherapy--were reported: dose distribution of connection of various field, irregular or uneven field, unhomogeneous tissue and target volume in boost therapy.
