Abstract

Managing ureteral and renal pelvis pathology through retrograde endoscopy is not a straightforward task in kidney transplant patients. We present a case involving an encrusted double J stent in a kidney transplant patient. Using a holmium LASER through a retrograde ureteroscopy, we disintegrated the encrustation on both the upper and lower coils and successfully removed the DJ stent. This effectively demonstrates that retrograde management of encrusted DJ in transplant patients is feasible and safe, provided it is undertaken in the appropriate circumstances and with advanced endourological tools available.

对于肾移植患者而言,通过逆行内窥镜检查处理输尿管及肾盂病变并非易事。我们呈现了一例肾移植患者体内包裹结石的双J管病例。通过逆行输尿管镜使用钬激光,我们分解了上下线圈上的结石,并成功取出了DJ管。这有效地证明了,在适当的情况下并具备先进的腔内泌尿外科工具时,对移植患者体内包裹结石的DJ管进行逆行处理是可行且安全的。
