The sensitivity, specificity, predictive value and informative value of clinical and electrocardiographic indices were assessed in patients with verified diagnoses of concomitant (17) and isolated left ventricular (23) myocardial infarction. The most informative and specific signs in terms of involvement in the right ventricular process were: pulse and respiration rate, posterir-low site of left ventricular lesion, disorder of the atrioventricular conduction, atrial fibrillation, reversible ventricular fibrillation, change of the Marcus index and amplitude of the P wave.
