Abstract

Multiple autografts have been employed in reconstructing anterior talofibular ligament (ATFL) in patients with chronic lateral ankle instability. However, conventional techniques using peroneal tendons longus/brevis as graft sources carry inherent risks of donor site morbidity. This Technical Note describes using the fibularis tertius tendon for V-shaped double-bundle anatomic ATFL reconstruction in patients with chronic lateral ankle instability. This technique restores the ATFL's multifascicular anatomy, minimizes donor morbidity through optimized graft selection, and preserves peroneal tendon integrity while maintaining traditional autograft-equivalent biomechanical strength.

摘要

在慢性外侧踝关节不稳患者的前距腓韧带(ATFL)重建中,已采用多种自体移植方法。然而,使用腓骨长肌/短肌肌腱作为移植物来源的传统技术存在供区发病的固有风险。本技术说明描述了在慢性外侧踝关节不稳患者中使用第三腓骨肌腱进行V形双束解剖学ATFL重建。该技术恢复了ATFL的多束解剖结构,通过优化移植物选择将供区发病风险降至最低,并在保持传统自体移植等效生物力学强度的同时保留腓骨肌腱的完整性。
