We have experienced 6 cases of fracture of the penis between 1974 and 1984 at our department. The patients were between 19 and 36 years old. The penis was swollen and distorted by a subcutaneous hematoma but no complications, such as urethral bleeding, pain of miction and urinary retention, were seen in any case. Operation was performed on all patients and no sequelae were seen after treatment. We reviewed 282 cases of fracture of the penis reported in the Japanese literature between 1934 and 1984. A brief review on cause, age, symptoms, complications and sequelae were discussed.
1974年至1984年间，我们科室共收治6例阴茎骨折患者。患者年龄在19岁至36岁之间。阴茎因皮下血肿而肿胀变形，但所有病例均未出现尿道出血、排尿疼痛及尿潴留等并发症。所有患者均接受了手术治疗，治疗后未见后遗症。我们回顾了1934年至1984年间日本文献报道的282例阴茎骨折病例。对病因、年龄、症状、并发症及后遗症进行了简要综述。
