Simultaneous bilateral germ cell tumors of the testicles. Case reports and review of the literature.

The simultaneous appearance of bilateral testicular germ cell tumors is a rare clinicopathologic entity. Two new cases are described, both presenting as bilateral seminoma. The incidence is estimated to be approximately 1% of all testicular tumors. A synopsis of 89 cases published to date is given.
