Abstract
Based on an analysis of results of the treatment of 154 children with hemangiomas and telangiectasias of different localizations the authors recommend the cryogenic method with the application of liquid nitrogen. For extended hemangiomas the cryogenic method is combined with other methods. It is a simple and parsimonious method as compared with the "snow" of the carbonic acid and gives better cosmetic results.
摘要
基于对154例不同部位血管瘤和毛细血管扩张症患儿治疗结果的分析，作者推荐应用液氮的冷冻疗法。对于范围较大的血管瘤，冷冻疗法可与其他方法联合使用。与二氧化碳“雪”疗法相比，该方法简单且经济，美容效果更佳。
