CSF dynamic tests and gas radionuclide myelography were conducted in 184 patients with arachnoiditis, arachnomyelitis, and tumors of the spinal cord and spine. From the findings of myelography, differentiated degrees of retention of the gas radiopharmaceutical (RP) in obstruction of the CSF channels of the spinal cord were distinguished. The relationship between the distinguished degrees of retention of the gas RP and the degrees of CSF dynamics disorder was determined and each method was correlated with the exact diagnosis of the diseases. It was found that to gain a fuller idea of the patency of the CSF channels, the findings of gas radionuclide myelography must be compared with the results of tests for CSF dynamics.
对184例患有蛛网膜炎、脊髓蛛网膜炎和脊髓及脊柱肿瘤的患者进行了脑脊液动力学检查和气脑放射性核素脊髓造影。根据脊髓造影的结果，区分了脊髓脑脊液通道梗阻时气体放射性药物（RP）的不同滞留程度。确定了气体RP的不同滞留程度与脑脊液动力学紊乱程度之间的关系，并将每种方法与疾病的准确诊断相关联。结果发现，为了更全面地了解脑脊液通道的通畅情况，必须将气脑放射性核素脊髓造影的结果与脑脊液动力学检查的结果进行比较。
