Three patients older than sixty were found to have "lower" gastrointestinal bleeding from colonic angiodysplasia. One of them presented multiple lesions. Throughout five colonoscopic procedures all of them were treated by endoscopic monopolar electrocoagulation, without complications. At 3, 18 and 24 months they were asymptomatic, their hematocrits stabilized and multiple fecal examinations for occult blood remained negative. We emphasized here the diagnostic value of colonoscopic examination and the therapeutic implication of endoscopic electrocoagulation as positive approaches to the management of bleeding colonic angiodysplasia.
三名60岁以上的患者被发现患有因结肠血管发育异常导致的“下”消化道出血。其中一名患者有多处病变。在五次结肠镜检查过程中，所有患者均通过内镜单极电凝治疗，无并发症发生。在3个月、18个月和24个月时，他们均无症状，血细胞比容稳定，多次粪便潜血检查均为阴性。我们在此强调结肠镜检查的诊断价值以及内镜电凝治疗对出血性结肠血管发育异常的治疗意义，这是处理此类疾病的积极方法。
