Abstract
Syringomas are benign adnexal tumors often located on the lower eyelid skin. Patients usually request removal for aesthetic reasons. Electrodesiccation and curettage of these lesions provides local control while preserving uninvolved eyelid skin.

汗管瘤是一种常见于下眼睑皮肤的良性附属器肿瘤。患者通常出于美观原因要求切除。对这些病变进行电干燥和刮除术可实现局部控制，同时保留未受累的眼睑皮肤。
