A sensitivity coefficient is proposed for increasing the informative capacity of the results of determination of antibiotic sensitivity of microorganisms by the agar diffusion method. The coefficient provides distribution of antibiotics by the levels of their activity against the pathogens. It is obtained by dividing the value of the growth inhibition zone of the organism being tested around the paper disk impregnated with an antibiotic by the value of the area of the circle with the diameter of the boundary growth zone of the sensitive strain.
