The Use of a Percutaneous Posterolateral Portal for Arthroscopic Posterior Labral Repair.

Posterior shoulder instability can be treated successfully with nonoperative management depending on patient risk factors and the nature of subluxation events. When nonoperative management is unsuccessful, surgical repair of the posterior labrum has shown high levels of return to sport and good patient-reported outcomes. Percutaneous techniques and the posterolateral portal have been described for capsulolabral repair. This Technical Note describes the use of a percutaneous posterolateral portal for posterior labral tears.
